SALES AND ADMINISTRATION
From quotation to payment, with every detail ready for production
Dimpro CW is management software for glass businesses and processors, connecting quotations, orders, invoicing and receivables with the technical definition of each product. Sales and production work from the same composition, dimensions and operations. Benefits for your company
Define it once
The product agreed with the customer retains its composition, shapes, treatments, lead times and terms as it moves into production.
Check before committing
Commercial and technical reviews bring exceptions to light before you confirm the order and its delivery date.
Keep the financial picture connected
Documents, due dates, balances, exposure and credit policy remain linked to the original order in Receivables.
What Dimpro CW offers
Estimates, quotations and orders
Create versions, apply price lists and costs, prepare the quotation document and turn the agreement into an order ready for manufacture.
Technical product editor
Configure glass compositions, shapes and DXF files, coated surfaces, stepped edges, edge deletion, glazing bars, quantities and special processes.
Commercial approval under your control
Review terms, payment method, credit exposure, issues and technical requirements before transferring the order.
Integrated invoicing and Receivables
Link deliveries to delivery notes and invoices, add payment schedules in a controlled process and trace each balance through the customer ledger.
From an insulating glass enquiry to an order ready for production
Example workflow: a customer requests several glazing units with different dimensions and compositions. The sales team needs to prepare a clear quotation and pass the necessary information to production once it is accepted.
Define and price
Select the customer and enter the glass, spacer, dimensions and processing requirements. The pricing engine applies the relevant conditions and lets the user inspect how each line price is calculated.
Review the agreement
Check prices, commercial terms and technical details before confirming the order. The agreed information stays with the document as it moves into production planning.
Follow the sale
Deliveries are linked to delivery notes and invoices. Receivables shows due dates and customer transactions while retaining references to the documents that generated them.

Before choosing Dimpro CW.
Can I quote products containing several glass panes and processing operations?
Yes. The editor lets you define the product composition, dimensions, shapes and operations. This prices the complete product to be manufactured and retains its technical detail for subsequent stages. You can also reuse compositions from the finished product master.
How can I understand why an order line has a particular price?
The breakdown shows the source of the price and the conditions applied, such as surcharges, discounts or billable quantities. In supported Pricing functions, Dimpro Assist can help prepare changes from a written request, simulate their effect and let you review them before confirmation.
What information moves from the office to production?
Dimpro Prod receives validated order lines with their quantities, dimensions, composition and manufacturing requirements. It uses them to organise work into batches. This keeps sales, planning, delivery documents and invoicing connected.
