VS.stock helps manage glass inventory: full sheets, offcuts, ancillary materials, locations and stock movements. Purchasing and production teams can check stock levels and the material allocated to each job. The current version integrates with Lisec installations running Oracle; a MySQL version for the Vidrioservice suite is planned.

Prepare material for a batch and record each sheet consumed
Example workflow in a Lisec installation: the operator needs to locate the sheets allocated to a batch and record which ones are used. The warehouse team needs to check the movements and remaining stock.
Locate the stock
Check the material, sheet size and available locations. Before consuming a sheet, verify its allocation to the batch and the stock location it will come from.
Confirm one sheet
In installations with the VS.trace entry point enabled, the screen shows the batch, material, sheet number and dimensions. Pressing F10 or scanning its QR command confirms consumption of one full sheet.
Review and continue
The stock movement is linked to its source and job. The screen advances to the next outstanding sheet, and the batch can be resumed later to complete consumption.

Before choosing VS.stock.
Can I check both full sheets and offcuts?
Yes. Inventory views show materials, sizes, stock levels and locations. Reusable offcuts are managed as available material; the system does not assume that every cutting remainder can be reused, and the reduced VS.trace view does not automatically create offcut records.
Does VS.trace display Lisec cutting layouts?
The reduced view displays sheet data retrieved from Lisec without showing the cutting layout. Each confirmation consumes one full sheet. This differs from VS.trace within the suite, which guides production using its layouts, pieces and operations.
Can I deploy it with MySQL alongside Dimpro CW?
The version currently available uses Oracle and is designed for integration with Lisec. The MySQL version and inventory consumption integrated into the new suite’s cutting workflow are planned. Availability should be confirmed when preparing the installation.
