From the cutting layout to the right rack
Example workflow: a cutting table processes pieces for several orders. The operator needs to identify the glass being processed and place it at the intended destination so the next workstation can continue.
Open the workstation’s job
The relevant session opens the work prepared for the machine. The layout and instructions identify the material and execution sequence.
Follow the instructions
The screen shows the active item and its destination. For supported processes, operators can check shapes, treatments or specific instructions before completing the operation.
Confirm and keep work moving
The operator confirms progress using the available action, F10 or its QR command. The system checks the job context and keeps the record linked to the affected pieces and racks.

Before choosing VS.trace.
Does each press of F10 correspond to one piece?
It depends on the workstation and the job displayed. During cutting it can confirm a traverse containing several pieces; in other processes it corresponds to the active item or operation. The screen identifies what will be confirmed. Consuming a sheet in VS.stock with Lisec is a separate workflow.
Can I print the QR commands and keep them by the workstation?
Yes. The QR entry point in VS.trace opens a reference PDF that can be downloaded or printed for use with a scanner. The commands perform the actions supported by that view and retain the same checks as the equivalent keyboard action.
How does it relate to breakages and remakes?
Records preserve the identity of the affected job so an incident can be linked to its production. The remake is tracked through shop-floor and planning processes. This distinguishes the original piece from the new work needed to replace it.
